During a 30 year career in the Police Service I performed many roles at all ranks at both an operational and a strategic level. I experienced working in challenging and often threatening situations from leading operations to reduce crime, tackle armed criminality and major public disorder through to refining and introducing tools and techniques to improve performance against target.

The accumulated experience of coping with such high pressure situations inspired me to create Sapsford. As an innovative and effective problem-solver who values practical and pragmatic approaches, I now enjoy helping others to meet their own performance challenges and excel at what they do.

An experienced coach and trainer, I’m supported by a practised team of assistants who are experts in negotiation and performance analysis. Together we aim to support and enable our clients to achieve what they want – building their qualities and capabilities to help them to be and perform at their best.
